Update

DispatchManager 2.1.7.

IAS Dispatch, the industry's best drayage work order solution is getting even better! With enhanced functionality and powerful new features, IAS Dispatch 2.1.7 will further improve your dispatch work flow leading to higher productivity, visibility, and revenue.

Improved Match Data

Originators can now see the following information in DispatchOptimizer’s Suggested Match window:
    • Empty miles between connecting street-turn stops
    • City, state and zip code of connecting street-turn stops
    • Loaded miles for Import/Export work orders
Additionally, the grid of work-order match options now includes the Receiver name.

By displaying this information, the originator can more accurately compare one street turn result to another in order to find the best match.

    Automated Rate Inclusion

When a suggested street-turn work order is assigned or accepted by a receiver, DispatchOptimizer now displays the rate for a work order even when it was not assigned an original cost. The rate supplied is provided by the Origin-Destination Pair Tariff. This allows the originator to see what he would have paid on the round trip when combining orders for street turns.

      More Intuitive Stop Names

In DispatchOptimizer, the Pick Up and Delivery stop names have been designated as such on the Manage Offers grid for street-turns. This enables the originator to discern his matches from his colleagues when working in multiple regions.

        Convenient Carrier Codes

The Ocean Carrier Code is now now included on both the outbound 204 and outbound XML Create Work Order message. This provides the receiver and the originator the ability to filter work orders for a carrier and allows output messages to pass the carrier code if it was included on the work order.
